From the History tab, you can view the upload/download activity that has already occurred for the Transaction Mailbox. From the History tab, there are two separate reports available:
Inbox - Lists the files that have been received and downloaded by your party through the Transaction Mailbox.
Outbox - Lists the files that have been uploaded to the Transaction mailbox by your company.
To display a report, perform the following steps:
Click the Parties
tab and select your party name (My Party) and the Trading party you wish
to include in the report (My Trading Partner). To include all parties,
select No choice.
Note: The parties available will depend upon the permissions
defined for the User ID used to log in to the Transaction Mailbox. Contact
the BizManager System Administrator for information regarding your user
permissions.
Click the History tab. Select either the Inbox or Outbox report.
Enter the date and time parameters to indicate the files to include. If these fields are blank, all files will be included.
Dates must be entered in mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy format. For help in selecting the From & To dates, click the calendar icon and click the desired date.
Times must be in HH:MM AM/PM format. If AM/PM is not included, AM will be assumed. For help in selecting the correct From and To time, click the clock icon and choose the time values from the drop-down boxes.
NOTE: the default History time period is seven (7) days.
To search for a specific filename, enter the name in the filename field. Wildcard characters "*" and "?" can be used for filename pattern searches. (NOTE: This field is available with Advanced Mailbox Features only)
Click one of the following buttons:
Get History - generates a new search and retrieves all the records matching the parameters entered.
Current Page - returns the last set of data displayed, matching the History parameters. These parameters are reset if the user logs out. If you are reviewing a set of history records, click on another tab (such as Inbox/Outbox) and click on the History tab again, use the Current Page button to return the same page of data previously displayed.
Once the History records are retrieved, they are displayed in a table format, with the following columns:
Date: The date and time that the file was either uploaded to (Outbox) or received from (Inbox) the Transaction Mailbox. Clicking this column name resorts the history records in either ascending or descending date order.
From: The name of the Originator party.
To: The name of the receiving party.
Ref: Information regarding the originator / receiving party identifiers and control numbers. If unavailable, this may be blank.
Filename: The name of the file being transferred.
Download: Click the word, "Get", to download the file to your local drive. If the download fails to start, right-click the word, "Get", and choose "Save Target As...".
By default, the History tab will display twenty five (25) records. If the number of records available exceeds 25, use the paging links at the top and bottom of the table (first page, previous page, next page)to review the desired records.
Note: The number of displayed records can be configured in the BizManager property file. Contact your BizManager System Administrator for more information.
